The ZMT cartridge seal is a truly new concept in cartridge mechanical seals. Patent pending cartridge seal is not a modification or a duplicate of any seal on the market. The ANSI/PS front installed mechanical seal requires no flushing, has a simple design, is simple to manufacture, and is easily to repair in the field. The result - reduced maintenance costs, eliminate flushing, and it is 45% to 60% less than conventional seal prices.

The DCG seal has been designed to accept injected gas pressure directly between the faces. The outer coplanar seal face allows a minute amount of gas into the process fluid side. The unique design provide an effective positive barrier against any escape of process fluid to the atmosphere.
