Style 1308
Smooth homogeneous flexible graphite sheet composed of purified natural graphite flake which has been expanded under heat and compressed into continuous sheeting containing no fillers or binders.
Applications Suitable for high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive gasket applications. Recommended for gases, water, steam, hydrocarbons, oils and greases, alcohols, esters and ketones, and heat transfer oil applications. Exceptions are strong oxidizing compounds such as concentrated nitric acid, highly concentrated sulfuric acid, chromium and permanganate solutions, chloric acid, and molten alkaline or alkaline earth metals.
