Patented "J" - design non-adjustable packings incorporates sealing rings constructed with a rigid core to resist crushing, surrounded with flexible, resilient sealing lips. The lips are backed up by hard composite adapters designed specifically for these sealing rings. This combination of construction features, along with flattened support surfaces, prevent the usual flaring and crushing that occur from excessive gland or fluid pressure. For use on all reciprocating equipment.

Style 214 – TexLok interbraid, combines dual materials of aramid fibers positioned in the corners for strength and graphite impregnated PTFE lubricating fibers in the seams. Suitable for water, waste water, greases, oils, weak acids, alkaline solutions, and paper mill applications. Recommended for reciprocating and valves applications where lower friction is required. Temperatures to 500F, pH Range from 3 to 11, Shaft Speed to 1900 fpm.
Style 215 – TexLok interbraid, high tensile strength aramid fibers and PTFE fibers diagonally positioned and braided for high performance. Suitable for paper and pulp applications, waste water treatment, and non-FDA approved food processing. Recommended for reciprocating rotary, and centrifugal applications. Temperatures to 500F, pH Range from 3 to 11, Shaft Speed to 1900 fpm.
Style 216 – TexLok interbraid, high tensile strength aramid fibers and graphite impregnated PTFE self-lubricating fibers diagonally positioned and braided to produce a low friction, wear-resistant packing. Suitable for water, waste water, oils, greases, hydrocarbons, weak acids, alkaline solutions, and abrasive applications. Recommended for reciprocating, rotary, and centrifugal applications. Temperatures to 500F, pH Range from 3 to 11, Shaft Speed to 1900 fpm.
Style 217 – TexLok interbraid, aramid fiber corners interbraided for added strength and anti-extrusion performance, combined with PTFE fibers in the seams. Suitable for paper and pulp, waste water treatment, petrochemical, and other general industrial applications. Recommended for reciprocating, rotary, and valves. Temperatures to 500F, pH Range from 3 to 11, Shaft Speed to 1900 fpm.
Style 225 – TexLok interbraid, spun aramid fiber, with PTFE dispersion with special lubricant and graphited. Suitable for waste water treatment applications. Recommended for rotary and centrifugal shafts, reciprocating applications, and valves. Temperatures to 550F, pH Range from 3 to 10, Shaft Speed to 1900 fpm.
Style 210 – TexLok interbraid, GFO fiber, graphite particles encapsulated in an expanded PTFE matrix. Recommended for boiling water or steam, oils, solvents, acids, hydrocarbons, and alkalies. Especially suited for rotary applications. Also recommended for reciprocating applications, valve stems, agitators, and other general applications. Temperatures to 550F, pH Range from 0 to 14, Shaft Speeds to 4.300 fpm.
Style 229 – TexLok interbraid, pure graphite yarns lubricated with PTFE and graphite lubricant. Suitable for most high temperature corrosive acid and caustic applications. Recommended for rotary equipment, reciprocating applications, and valve stems. Temperatures to 1200F, pH Range from 0 to 14, Shaft Speed to 5000 fpm.
